Have you disabled Enhanced Protected Mode in IE 11 ? Microsoft has recently issued a patch to disable it as the default, due to an incompatibility. It would have saved me alot of time and trouble. Remember, Yahoo uses Norton to download attachments so you can't have two virus protections "running" at the same time. Yahoo uses a Norton virus scanner and I'm not sure of any way to turn that off.
