Access is denied.Win7 64bit.I went to services.msc and stopped the spooler there.When I tried to delete the files it complained about being open in firefox. However, since the Forum has been up and running since 2008, it is clear it is a MS os problem and not a printer problem. If the printer prints, you are done. It's easy enough to cancel a print job in the queue - you simply right-click it and select "cancel," after which the print job status commences to display "deleting..." December 15, 2011 Roger This happens to me on the odd occasion, and deleting it sometimes works and sometimes not, resulting in rebooting system. Refresh your print job queue and you should be able to print again.This worked a treat for me, as every time I tried to delete the .SHD file it told me Two minutes to follow Help Desk Geek and the problem was solved. I always turn off UAC and once i changed it to RAW it worked fine.

At this point your stuck print job should be gone.
