In that case, you have to decide which one of them you want to keep and delete (or rename) the other one from the repository. What happens with the network share it that the .DS_Store file is recognizing that the file is in use. When I try to rename a folder I get this message: "The folder X could not be renamed or moved." I have tried optimizing my catalog, updated ACR and Lightroom, restarting by R. The error message when I try to move a file says "There was an error copying files to the destination you selected.
