For me, the problem started when I moved my laptop from an ethernet switch (same one as my two NAS boxes) to another room with wireless only. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. And verify that Client for > Microsoft Networks is enabled in the TCP stack. Several attempts to refresh my Home Group share settings gave me temporary access but the problem always came back and sometimes during the same login session!
