Click on this link and it should help. I had the same problem removed all of the USB connections except mouse then plugged in my iPhone USB connector and iTunes found my iPhone again. If there's no Drivers folder, look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers. This is my last go at fixing it before I decide to ship it in for repairs.
