Normally just pop in the CD connect to CDDB to get track titles then rip the tracks. What i want to do is use my laptop normally, go over to the monitor, plug it in, close the lid, and resume using my laptop as a desktop basically. Also in the rip CD options in settings if i click the register with CDDB link it says "Failed to connect to the CDDB server. Please use the freedb server at freedb.freedb.org for now.

May 1, 2012 I have my iPhone's Remote app 'paired' to my iMac's iTunes but recently, when I try connecting the remote to iTunes it just doesn't connect. We have gone over preference settings, and that is not the problem. freedb.freedb.org wasn't working for me on the 27th either, and when i changed it to fi.freedb.org it was still broke (sods law i pick the broken one first ) bu uk.freedb.org My problem went away and then came back - this worked instantly.
