what you could do to find the ImageMagick dir on the server is simply type in "locate imagemagick" (without ") then it should display the installed libraries with the name "imagemagick". It is still giving the same error on screen, "Imagemagick not properly configured..". If you can't log in to the commandline on your server, you need to ask the sysadmin about this. If you are handy with PHP, you could try debugging the issue.
