Following worked for me. It could be sitting there waiting on the command prompt E.g. This resolved my issue which yielded the same error. But when I run the application and call a Native method in Windows Runtime Component it gives some kind of strange errors as: An exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in mscorlib.ni.dll
Hopefully I can find a solution to avoid this happening, but in the meantime, just getting rid of the extra files usually seems to do the trick.
